Octopus and Pigs Ears. Day 16.

June 3, 2016

We have 5k left on a 25k (15.5) day. Feet hurt bad. If not a miracle recovery overnight, I don't think we will make it. Still have 60km to go.

Joyce: Feet sore. No hot water in room. Resting before supper.

This way to O Coto

I have us about 347-58km (216-36 miles) hope I can go on tomorrow. We and the Irish couple are taking a taxi to Melide to get some octopus or something at 6 half. Swapping numbers and such to work out the fecking detail and chew the fat a while. (Notice how I slipped from Spanish to Irish so smoothly.)

Garry: Didn't any body read that we still had 58km and my feet might not allow me to finish?

Chrystal: Need a wambulance?

Aimee: So can mom finish and wait for you?

Garry: I was just fishing for responses. C'mon its 36 miles. I think we should send our packs ahead and jog in.

We are not doing that...

I do think we are buying a new queen size memory mattress and getting rid of the full size down stairs. Anyone want a fancy full size frame?

The pulps was good but the pigs ears, not so much. (pulps = octopus)
